10 Behaviors that Block Happiness

What not to do daily in order to be happier

We all seek that elusive quality of “happiness.” Here are some things you can place your awareness on and STOP so you can be happier.

1. Impressing. What you have —your possessions, your accomplishments—don’t result in real relationship or lasting happiness.

Do you stay in relationship that hinders you to be the best of your?

Do you love your work ? If no, why? How to let go?

2. Blaming. Your response to any situation is your choice. Try making it a learning opportunity—taking responsibility is empowering.

Do you blame others for your chosen work or relationship?

Start to take your driver seat to change it.

Stop blaming others. Start claiming your truth and what kind of life you really want.

3. Controlling. It doesn't help you feel good about yourself. Honor your boundaries, but make space for others' needs and choices, too.

Take Courage to say no to people who refuse to take their own responsibility for their health or money.

Say yes to take care of your own money, health and happiness.

Accept new changes to celebrate your new life.

4. Criticizing. We are all unique and different, not better or worse. Appreciate the differences instead of zeroing in on shortcomings.

What are your talents? Skills? How can you improve yourself?

5. Whining. Complaining is ineffective, whereas asking for what you want is liberating.

How much time do you spend on whining? It is time to spend time to celebrate your wins.

6. Clinging to what is known. When you’re feeling afraid or insecure, be willing to let go of the familiar, take a risk and try something new.

Step out of your comfort zone to reach out to higher level to be the best you.

Successful people have boldness and courage to keep moving when they believe there is light at the end of tunnel.

7. Being Ungrateful. Stay aware of all the gifts and blessings that you do have. Express gratitude and happiness will follow.

Record people you need to give thanks for to be who you are today.

Give Thanks for all things that you have. Remember those who are less fortunate than you are.

8. Preaching. Another form of judging. Find more fun and empowering ways to share your knowledge.

Proclaim the truth but deliver your message with love and care.

What is your truth and message you want to proclaim in your work to change people to make this planet a better place to live?

9. Negative Self-talk. Train yourself to notice your mind's chatter. Working towards changing negative thoughts to positive ones will transform your life.

What are some negative self talks in your mind daily? Please list those negative voices. Then Kill them all with positive affirmations.

Change from "I am not good enough." to "I am good enough to be who I am now to do what I want to do even though people may not understand me."

10. Fear. Don’t let fear get in the way of progress. Whatever you’ve been dreaming, get going on it. "Feel the fear and do it anyway."

Be Courageous. Do not be Afraid. Have Faith In your new journey.

You deserve to be happy and wealthy.
